She was born July 3, 1964, in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, the daughter of Keith Latimer and Beverly (Scott)Latimer Bass. On July 22, 1997, she married Melvin Pierce, and he survives.
In addition to Melvin, Cindy is survived by her mother of Shelbyville; sons, Nickolas Keith(Britta) Pierce, Derek Austin Neal(Lynsey)Casey, and Jordan Elijah Pierce, all of Shelbyville; brothers, Norman Latimer and companion, Dianna Swayze of Denham Springs, Louisiana, and Scottie (Tracie)Latimer, of Shelbyville; grandsons, Raydon Wells and Bryson Pierce; close aunt, Barb Eiler; nieces, Jessica Latimer, Katie Latimer and Monica Wasson; nephews, Tyler Latimer and Nathan Latimer; and special friend, Aaron Beaudry.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Cindy graduated in 1982 from Shelbyville High School and attended Business College for two years.
She managed Club 57.
Cindy loved the wildlife and visiting Tennessee. she enjoyed cooking for her family and loved the time she spent with them.
She also leaves behind her dog, Bella.
Private services will be observed, due to the current health regulations. Funeral services will be live streamed at https://facebook.com/melvin.pierce.98 at 11 a.m. Monday, April 6, 2020.
Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville.
Services have been entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
