WROE. — At Maryborough, on March 31, 1943, John Wroe, beloved husband
of Isobel Wroe, and father of John James, Charles Edward, Maxwell Fletcher
and Brion Graham Wroe, and grandfather of Graham John Wroe, and brother
of Alex. Joseph and James Wroe, and Mrs. ,Mary Beck.
Aged 66 years.

OBITUARY
MR. J. WROE.
- The death occurred at Maryborough late on Wednesday night of Mr. John Wroe, an old identity of the city. The late Mr. Wroe, who was in his 67th year, was born at Maryborough, and was employed at Sims' sawmill for 26 years, up till the time when the mill was destroyed by fire. He subsequently followed the occupation of a carpenter. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Isobel Wroe, and four sons — Messrs. John James, Charles Edward, Maxwell Fletcher, and Brion Graham Wroe; also by one grand son, Graham John, three brothers, Messrs. Alex, Joseph and James Wroe, and one sister, Mrs. M. Beck. The funeral moved from St. Mary's Catholic Church.
