Estate - The People of the State of New York, By the Grace of God, Free and Independent; Know Ye, that at the City of Troy, County of Rensselaer, on the 5th day of March, in the Year of Our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and eight, before Hon. Willis E. Heaton, Surrogate of Rensselaer County, the last Will and Testament of James Redfield, late of the City of Troy, in the said county, deceased, was proved and is now approved and allowed by us, and the said deceased having whilst living, at the time of his death, goods, chattels, and credits, within this State, by means whereof proving and registering the said Will, and granting Administration of all and singular the goods, chattels, and credits, and also the auditing, allowing and finally discharging the account thereof doth belong to us; the administration of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits f the said deceased, and in any way concerning his will, is granted unto James Redfield Robinson, executor in the said Will named Re having first taken and subscribed an oath as required by statute, faithfully and honestly to discharge the duties of such executor hereby requiring you, the said James Redfield Robinson, executor, to make, or cause to be made, a true and perfect inventory of all and singular, the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased, which have or shall come into your hands, possession or knowledge; as also to make, or cause to be made, duplicates of such inventory, and cause the same to be signed by the appraisers, and the same made and signed that you make return thereof to the Surrogate of said county, within three months, from the date thereof. In Testmony Whereof, we have caused the Seal of our Office of our said Surrogate to be hereto affixed. Witness, Hon. Willis E. Heaton, Surrogate of the said County of Rensselaer, at his office in the City of Troy, in said County, the 5th day of March in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and eight.
