Harry Koedyker of South Holland, died at Ingalis Memorial hospital, Harvey. A member of Calvary Reformed church, he was born Aug. 5, 1894 and a teacher for many years. A former principal of Walcott Grammar school in Thornton, he taught 22 years at Fenger High school, Tilden Tech and Wendall Phillips High schools in Chicago; and nine years at Thornton Township and Thornridge High schools.
Surviving are his wife Nellie; one daughter, Mrs. Winnette (Glen) Ottoson of Northbrook; his son, Dr. Calvin (Florence) Koedyker of South Holland; two sisters, Rika Boosma and Mrs. James Paarlberg, both of South Holland and five grandchildren.
The Rev. Rodger Dalman officiated at the March 25 services at Calvary Reformed church with interment in Oak Ridge cemetery. Arrangements wereby DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral home, South Holland.
