Mary Abraham was born on August 3, 1935 at Kavumbhagam, Thiruvalla, Kerala, and completed her High School in Punalur, Kerala, India. She was the oldest daughter of eight siblings of late Mr. T.I. Idiculla and Mrs. Sosamma Idiculla from the Kanjarakkattu House. At a young age, she accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and obeyed the Lord in water baptism. She was later filled with the Holy Spirit and had a great calling for God's ministry.

On January 26, 1953, Mary married her late husband Pastor M.e. Abraham in Punalur, India. That same year, she attended Southern Asia Bible College (SABC) in Bangalore with her husband. After completion, she along with her husband went by faith and started their ministry in Bombay. In 1957, late Pastor Kurian Thomas of Itarsi encouraged them to go to Bhopal to start the work since there were no Pentecostal churches at the time. They moved to Bhopal with their three children and started the first Pentecostal church in that city.

To further his theological education, Pastor Abraham came to the United States in 1962 and Mary stayed back to take care of their 4 children. With 4 kids she was able to manage the household until Pastor Abraham came back to Bhopal in 1966. Both Mary and Pastor Abraham continued serving the Lord as the Pastor of the Pentecostal Church of God until 1977. In 1977, she came to the United States with Pastor Abraham and their youngest son Jose.

In 1980 Pastor Abraham along with Mary started the International Assembly, which is now known as Philadelphia Full Gospel Assembly. Due to their ill health, they retired from being the full-time pastor in October 2013. Mary Abraham was known for being the hand maiden to Pastor Abraham and exemplified the role of being a Pastors wife. She stood by him hand in hand and served the Lord faithfully along with her husband for the many years. Their ministry together has touched many lives. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to her children. She was a blessing to all those who came in contact with her.

She was a true blessing to the lives of many. She will be remembered for her great smile, humility, loving and caring attention. She served the Lord with faith, grace and devotion in the midst of adversities. She is survived by her five children and their spouses (James & Jolly, Pinky & Chandy, John & Mercy, Susy & Abraham and Jose & Binu). She also was blessed with ten grandchildren (Rachel went to be with the Lord) and thirteen great-grand-children. We will all miss her dearly, but as believers in Christ we all have that blessed assurance that we will see her one day on that Heavenly shore.

2 Timothy 4:7-8, I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing
