SHERIDAN--

Verna Fielding Wilson, 93, of Sheridan, died October 10, 1997, at
the Grant County Nursing Home.

Born February 22, 1904, in the Ain Community, near Sheridan, she was a
daughter of the late Mac and Minnie Bradshaw.

She was a homemaker and a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Wilson, who died on April
18, 1976.

Survivors include a son, Jewel Dene Wilson of Prattsville (Grant County); a
brother, Jethro Fielding of Heber Springs; two grandchildren and six
great-grandchildren.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday in New Hope Cemetery near
Sheridan with Rev. Rick Etheridge officiating. Burial will be by Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan.
