Entertainer, Actress. Thelma Delia Suklenik Snopik, better known by her stage name Thelma Tixou, was a Mexican vedette and actress of Argentinian origin. She was one of the most popular vedettes during the 1970s and 1980s. Tixou made her television debut in 1965 in the TV show "La matraca", and later in 1967, she appeared in film "La Muchacha del cuerpo de oro". Tixou arrived in Mexico and debuted with great success in the famous Teatro Blanquita of Mexico City, and cabarets such as El Capri or El Clóset. Along with her work in nightclubs and cabarets, Tixou also participated in a large number of plays and theater performances. She also appeared in films as as "La superdotada", "Santa sangre", and "Cándido Pérez", and telenovelas as "Salomé", "Las vías del amor", "Porque el amor manda", among other television shows.
