She was born April 6, 1920, in Somerset Township, Hillsdale County, a daughter of the late William and Lily (Ami) Kline.
Mrs. Wall resided in Burr Oak for several years and also had lived in North Adams and Hillsdale.
On Dec. 26, 1952, she married Alva R. Wall in Angola, Ind. He preceded her in death Oct. 30, 1998.
Mrs. Wall was a homemaker and a farmer's wife. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, bird watching, riding horses and flower gardening, especially African violets. Her family will forever miss her fresh baked cookies.
She is survived by two sons, Allen William Smith of Sturgis and David Lee (Sharyl) Smith of Elkhart, Ind.; a daughter, Linda Sue Waller of Rochester Hills; three grandchildren, Brad, Edwin and Heather; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Donna Stanlake of North Adams and Maxine Randall of Hillsdale and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; five sisters and two brothers.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 3-5 p.m. Saturday at the Rosenberg Chapel of Hackman Family Funeral Homes, 807 E. Chicago Road, Sturgis.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation will follow the visiting hours. Private burial of the ashes will take place at a later date at North Adams Cemetery in North Adams.
The family suggests those wishing to make a memorial donation in Mrs. Wall's memory consider Thurston Woods Village, 307 N. Franks Ave., Sturgis, MI 49091.
