She was born Aug. 1, 1923, in Ogallah to Jacob and Anna Marie (Graf) Bollig. She attended St. Mary Catholic school in Ellis and Ogallah grade school.
She married Edwin P. Billinger on June 4, 1946 in Collyer. He preceded her in death Feb. 2012. She was a housewife.
Survivors include three sons, Kenneth Billinger, Norman, Okla., Randy Billinger, Broomfield, Colo., and Glennis Billinger, WaKeeney; two daughters, Frances Dick, St. John, and Karen Brown, LaVista, Neb.; a sister, Armella Mangels, Liberal; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter.
Services were Friday at St. Michael Catholic Church, Collyer; burial in the church cemetery. Memorials are suggested to St. Michael Catholic Church, Trego Hospital Endowment Foundation (for long term care), or Masses, in care of Schmitt Funeral Home, WaKeeney.
