Mr. Morgan was born January 10, 1936 in Atlanta to Asa and Margurite Hobbs Morgan. He was married for over 62 years to Scarlett Merritt Morgan and attended West Fulton High School. Mr. Morgan Served in the United States Navy aboard the Destroyer Escort USS Foss, retired from IBEW Local 613 and was a member of Powder Springs First Baptist Church.
Survivors Include: Wife – Scarlett Morgan; Daughter Rusti and Fred Kilcrease; Grandsons – Joshua and Angel Foster, Chasen and Noelle Foster; Great Grandchildren – Ansleigh, Braeden, Landon, Colin and Scarlett Foster; Brother – Eugene Morgan; Sister – Pat and Frazier Mitchell; Sister-in-law – Harriett Morgan;
Preceded in death by: Brother – Maurice Morgan; Sister-in-law – Jo Morgan
