Charlie was born to George E. and Emma Goodwin Miller on a farm east of Blue Rapids and passed away at Community Memorial Hospital at Marysville, Kansas.
Charlie attended Pleasant Valley school and later farmed in partnership with his father and later for himself.
He was united in marriage to Gladys Cummings on September 21, 1921 and to this union three children were born. He was preceded in death by his wife and an infant son, his parents, three brothers and three sisters.
Surviving Charlie is one daughter, Marjorie and one son, Wendell. Also seven grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
