Her Ohio death certificate gives birth Dec 5 1842, to John Addison born England and Ellen Stillwell born Germantown, Penna. Mr. J. W. Connelly of No Huron St, Wheeling was informant on DC.

Her obituary in Wheeling Intelligencer, Nov 26, 1918, indicates she was born in Morgantown, (Monongalia County) West Virginia, and had lived in Martins Ferry vicinity most of her life.
She was survived by a daughter Mrs. J. W. Connelly of Wheeling and a son John Reed of Martins Ferry.
