Lucille Guice went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 28, 2007, at Grant Medical Center. Member of Calvary Tremont Baptist Church and retired from OSU Hospital. Predeceased by parents, husband Luda Guice. Survived by sons, Alphonso (Marilyn) Guice, Sr. and Samuel (Sherry) Guice; grandchildren, Rev. Alphonso (Katie) Guice, Jr., Kellie Turner, Heather (James) Story, and Angela Guice; great-grandchildren, Mecah C. Guice, Frank Westbrook, Lamont Turner, Lynette Turner, Lamar Turner, Tamara McKissick, Aliyah Owens, and Amber Owens; many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Homegoing Celebration 11 a.m. Friday, February 2, 2007, at J. MARTIN SMITH MORTUARY, 1173 E. Hudson St. Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of service. Interment, Evergreen Cemetery.
