Mrs. Myrtle Sherman, 207 S. Birch, passed away Friday evening at the Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.
She was born April 12, 1892 in Arkansas and had lived in Sapulpa for the past 50 years.
She was a member of the Westside Free Will Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Sherman of Marion, Ore., and Wade Hood of Stafford, Ariz.; two daughters, Mina Matlock of the home and Vena Burton of Porterville, Calif., 28 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Sherman was the mother of the late Alfred and Clarence Sherman.
