Mrs. Eaton wasborn Nov. 26, 1892 in Middletown, Ohop and had been a resident of Oregon City for the past 47 years. A former teacher in the Portland Schools for many years, she was a member of the Missionary Board of the church; a member of the Pioneer chapter of OES; a member of the Library board and a member of the National Retired Teachers Association.
Survivors include her widower, Dr. W. Ross Eaton, Oregon City; two sisters, Miss Esther Harris, Oregon City; and Mrs. Helen Young, China Lake, California.
Rev. Arliss Johnson will officiate at the 1:30 PM services Wednesday at the Holman-Hankins-Rilance funeral chapel with entombment at the Portland Memorial. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Cancer fund.
