Eleanor Mackey, 75, died at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. Miss Mackey was born in South River and was a lifelong resident of Howell. She lived with Inez and James Scudder of Howell for many years. She was a sales clerk for 52 years at H.L. Green in Asbury Park and McCrory's in Freehold. She retired in 1996. Surviving are a brother, John Mackey; a sister, Joye Blaine, and three nephews.
