She was married about 1903 to George Frank Cole Sr (1873-1967), the son of George Washington Cole (1846–1896) and Sarah Ellen (Beazley) Cole (1851–1889).
Living at 1234 Gallatin Road South in rural Madison, Anne was 83 years old, married and diabetic when she had a stroke and died on February 9, 1961 at Saint Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Burial was two days later in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Nashville.
