She was born in Maryland, and had been an area resident for 72 years. She was a member of the Lakeview United Methodist Church.
She is survived by husband, Earnest B.; two sons, James A. of Virginia Beach, Va., David E. of Doylestown; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Irene Haris of Doylestown, and Nellie Kyle of Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, 1 p.m., at the Mills-COX Funeral Home, 222 Norton Ave., Barberton, Rev. Stanley Wallace officiating. Burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. (Mills-COX, 745-3311.)
