Mrs. Mollie Virginia Blaylock
Mrs. Mollie Virginia Blaylock, 65 years of age, passed away at her home in the New Hope community Friday, December 5th 1941. Funeral services were held at New Hope Sunday afternoon, December 7th, at three o'clock with the Rev. Lowrey and the Rev. Holder officiating. Interment followed in the New Hope cemetery.
Mrs. Blaylock was a life-long resident of Montgomery County and a member of the New Hope Methodist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Cleve Locke and Mrs. Willie Costilow, Winona; five sons, James Wesley, William, Leo, Lonnie and Guy Henry Blaylock, all of Winona; six sisters, Mrs. Irma Collins, Mrs. Leath Bennett, Mrs. Lea Campbell, Mrs. Marshall Bennett, Mrs. Lucille McCoy, all of Winona and Mrs. Ruby Oliver of Kilmichael; and two brothers, Less Rodgers, Winona, and Abe Rodgers of Columbus.
