Pipin got sick suddenly last night, foaming at the mouth, vomiting, diarhea,. He was in distress but seemed to calm down and fell asleep. This morning he was gone. the day after Halloween. I dont know for sure but i have my suspicions. I believe he was poisoned. He was only outside for a little while and never roams. I live in a relatively nice neighborhood so i’m baffled. The vet said he would need a full necropsy from a university for me to know for sure. But Pipin was a very healthy and well cared for loving special cat. He would lay on your chest and wrap his arms around your neck or rest his head on your shoulders. He was special to our whole family. We will miss him dearly and i can’t even wrap my head around anyone wanting to harm or kill a defenseless animal in such a cruel way. And he passed on the angel day of my husband’s passing . Nov. 2. We are devastated.
Rest in peace Pipin, no one can hurt you now. I know Papa and Trigger and Meeko and Sylvie were there to welcome you home. Thank you Pipin for the joy you brought us and the love you so freely gave to us. We will never forget you.
