A native of Greene County, Tennessee, Mrs. Malone lived in Akron for 28 years. She was a member of West United Church of Christ.
She leaves two sons, George and Hugh Malone, both of Greenville, Tennessee; two daughters, Mrs. Thelma Freidel, McKeesport, PA., and Mrs. Norma Burns, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; a brother, Willis Harmon, Phoenix, AZ; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by sons, Cline Malone in 1962, and Howard Malone in 1970.
Burial will be in Mt. Peace Cemetery following services in Adams Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 22.
