MESSINA---On Wednesday, June 2, 1965, at 1:30 o'clock p.m., SAM MESSINA, beloved husband of Carmen Glorioso, father of Mrs. William H. Kilcoyne, son of Rose Cicero of Shreveport, La., and the late Sam Messina, brother of Mrs. Tony Cavallero and Tony Messina of Burbank, Calif., Frank, Joe, Louis, Vincent, Dominic and Newt Messina, all of Shreveport, La.; also survived by 3 grandchildren; age 61 years; a native of Thibodaux, La., and a resident of New Orleans for the past 30 years.
Relatives and friends of the family, also emplyees of Messina Drayage Service, National Carloading Corp., Southern Railway System and members of Bunny Friend Boosters are invited to attend the funeral.
Services from the funeral home of Jacob Schoen and Son, Inc., 3827 Canal Street at North Scott, on Friday, June 4, 1965, at 11:45 o'clock a.m. with Requiem Mass at St. Anthony of Padua Church.
Interment in Lake Lawn Mausoleum.
