Former Resident Dies, Rensselaer
Mrs. Catherine Quigley, Aged 87, Passes Away, Daughter's Home
Mrs. Catherine (Glynn) Quigley, aged 87, native and former resident, died this morning at 10:50 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Fred Gilbert, 1735 Sixth street, Rensselaer.
She was born in Johnstown, March 12, 1858, the daughter of James and Ellen (Hassett) Glynn, but had made her home with the daughter in Rensselaer for a number of years.
Mrs. Quigley was a member of St. Joseph's church in that city.
The survivors, in addition to the daughter, are two sons, John F. and George P. Quigley of Gloversville, and two grandsons.
The body was remove to the Dunn funeral home here, where the funeral will be held Friday at 9 and at St. Patrick's church at 9:30.
Burial will be in St. Patrick's cemetery.

The funeral of Mrs. Catherine (Glynn) Quigley, 87, who died Wednesday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Fred Gilbert, in Rensselaer, was held this morning at 9 at the Dunn funeral home and 9:30 from St. Patrick's church.
The Very Rev. John W. McCall, VF, officiated. Bearers were Everett Erkenbrack, John Quigley, Vernon Bump, and Donald Lavery.
Flowers were from the H. G. Pitman Glove Co. and employees, neighbors of Woodward avenue and Clyde street, relatives and friends.
Burial was in St. Patrick's cemetery.
