James was born on November 17th, 1932. He was the owner of Marietta Office Supply and Equipment.
James was survived by his wife, Peggy Blackstone; eight children, Andrew "Andy" Blackstone, Jaimie Blackstone, Wayne Blackstone, Lynne Bustraan, Robin Blackstone, Deborah Emerson, and twin sons, Michael "Mike" Blackstone, and Matthew "Matt" Blackstone; and a host of other family and friends who mourn his passing.
The family has chosen cremation as final disposition with a memorial service held for both James Howard Blackstone and Peggy Blackstone from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 8th, 2023 at the Living God Ministries in Jesus Church in Marietta, Georgia.
Burial of cremains followed in the Jones Memorial Cemetery in Cobb County, Georgia.
