Peggy Lucile Couch Blackstone, 87 years of age, of Marietta, Georgia, departed this life at 5:01 a.m. on Friday, November 11th, 2022 at the Kennestone Hospice Center.
Peggy was born on April 25th, 1935.
Peggy was survived by eight children, Andrew "Andy" Blackstone, Jaimie Blackstone, Wayne Blackstone, Lynne Bustraan, Robin Blackstone, Deborah Emerson, and twin sons, Michael "Mike" Blackstone, and Matthew "Matt" Blackstone; and a host of other family and friends who mourn her passing.
Peggy was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Howard Blackstone, who departed this life on November 20th, 2020.
The family has chosen cremation as final disposition with a memorial service held for both Peggy Blackstone and James Howard Blackstone from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 8th, 2023 at the Living God Ministries in Jesus Church in Marietta, Georgia.
Burial of cremains followed in the Jones Memorial Cemetery in Cobb County, Georgia.
