JOPPA - Samuel T. Ballew, 73, Route 1, Joppa, died Saturday at a Cullman hospital.
The funeral was to be today at 3 p.m. at Gober Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. H. S. Carver officiating.
Burial was to be in Gilliam Springs Cemetery.
Survivors include two sons, Gene Ballew and Tex Ballew, both of Joppa; a daughter, Mrs. Diane Burden of Baileyton; two brothers, Fred Ballew and Murphy Ballew both of Arab; a sister Mrs. Maude Allen of Union Grove; and two grandchildren.
