FARNON, ANNE DEVINE, 86, passed away on June 12, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 29, 1924 in Erie, PA to the late Michael Joseph Devine and Nora Catherine McCarthy Devine. She was the beloved mother of Mary Ronayne, Michael (Bonnie), Robert Jr,, Nora Belwood and Joanne Branson (Robert); grandmother of Kelley, Denna, Daniel, MaryAnne, Andrew, Will, Eli and John; great-grandmother of Ben, Owen, Aidan and Delaney. Anne was a wonderful mother and mother-in-law, generous and loving. She was an active member of the Bellarmine University Women's Council and served many years on the Designer Show House Committee. Anne was a native of Erie and a graduate of Mercyhurst College. She loved being surrounded by family and will be greatly missed. We are grateful for the time we had with her. She joins her husband, Bob, in peace with Our Lord. We love you, Mom. Anne's visitation will be Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Road and Thursday at the church from 10 a.m. until service time. Mass of Christian Burial will be said 11 a.m Thursday at St. Albert the Great. Expressions of sympathy can take the form of contributions to American Macular Degeneration Society or JDRF.
