Mrs. Ivah Hammond, nee Peckham, wife of the late Reuben W. Hammond, 82, of 95 Minerva Street, died late last night [21 Jan] after a prolonged illness. Born in Ballston Spa, N. Y. lived in Tonawanda for the past 35 years.
She is survived by one son, C. Ralph Hammond and one sister, Mrs. Ruby Snyder, both of Tonawanda.
Funeral Thursday at 2 p.m. from Hemp Funeral Home, 37 Adam Street with the Rev. C. A. Hammel officiating. Burial in Acacia Park.
