Son of Edward Davis Albin and Charlotte P. Taylor, husband of Ada Marie Conklin, the daughter of George Ludlow Conklin and Annie Elizabeth, whom he married about 1883 in New York.

In 1870, William Albin, aged 14, who worked in a cotton factory, was living in Sag Harbor, New York, in the home of his parents, Edward D. Albin, aged 40, who worked in a cotton factory, and Charlotte Albin, aged 30, with siblings, Charles Albin, aged 12, Clarence Albin, aged 10, Leonora Albin, aged 8, and Merrit Albin, aged 5.

In 1880, William Albin, aged 24, a farmer, was living on Division Street, Sag Harbor, in the home of his parents, Edward Albin, aged 50, a carpenter, and Charlotte Albin, aged 40, with siblings, Charles Albin, aged 21, a fisherman, Clarence Albin, aged 19, Norah Albin, aged 17, Merrit Albin, aged 14, and Frank Albin, aged 9.

In 1900, William Albin, aged 43, a day laborer for the railroad, born June 1856 in New York, was living in Southampton, New York, with his wife, Ada M. Albin, aged 40, born August 1859 in New York.

Obituary - William Albin, native of Sag Harbor, aged 55, died at Centre Moriches suddenly on Tuesday, June 9th. His body was brought to Sag Harbor and buried in Oakland Cemetery last Thursday.
