Tony "Junebug" Banks, Jr., 40, of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020 in Gallatin, Tennessee.
He was a 1999 graduate of Tyner High School.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Banks; grandparents, Henry and Myrtis Banks, Jack and Onie Johnson.
Survivors include his father, Tony Banks, Sr.; brothers, Demetries Johnson of Chattanooga, Antoine (Jessica) Espy of Memphis, TN, and Rodney (Bonita) Broadnax of Chattanooga; sisters, Tenika Banks and LaTosha Banks, both of Chattanooga; a host of other relatives and friends.
Tony will lie in state on Wednesday, Dec. 30, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. A family service will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Gerald Spence as the eulogist.
Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.
