She was preceded in death by him, and her parents, Myrtle and Calvin Raines.
Mrs. Mason lived in Columbus, MS for 62 years, prior to moving to Madison, AL in 2007 to be near family.
She is survived by her three daughters, Gayle M. George (Richard), Mary Beth M. Strain (Mike) of Madison, AL and Robin M. Boyles (Durr) of Jackson, MS.
Mrs. Mason was a beloved “Nana” to seven grandchildren, Mason Caldwell, Kimberly George Salvail (Patrick), Erin Roberts (Brent), David George (Heather) all of Madison, AL and Gray Boyles, Connor Boyles of Dallas, TX and Reed Rutledge. She has 5 great-grandchildren, Katie Lauren and Haley Claire Salvail and John Brooks, Ellison Brynn and Jay Davis Roberts, all of Madison, AL.
Connie was a true southern lady, a devoted, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Mrs. Mason has one sister, Mrs. Bob Spooner of Warrenton, MO.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Madison.
Visitation Tuesday, December 22, 2020, 1 p.m. - 2 p.m., Legacy Chapel Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will follow at 2 p.m.
Interment will follow at Madison Memory Gardens.
