Ann Harvey, 70, of 2512 Rebecca Court, died at 6:28 a.m. Saturday (March 22, 2014) in Kindred Hospital in St. Louis.
Ann was born May 25, 1943, in Memphis, Mo., a daughter of Edgar and Ann Sisson Cline.
She attended Palmyra (Mo.) High School and Gem City College in Quincy, where she received her paralegal AAS degree.
Ann operated a restaurant, Ann's Wagon Wheel Inn, on North 12th in Quincy from 1978 to 1985. She worked for many year as a paralegal for the city of Quincy and had worked at the front desk at Cheryl Loatsch Studio. An excellent seamstress, she also worked for Schuecking's Men's Wear.
After her retirement in 2012, Ann enjoyed spending her free time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include a sister, Mae Arnold of Quincy; a sister-in-law, Shirley Cline of Beardstown; three children, Julie Mallison of Santa Clara, Calif, Daniel Harvey of Quincy and Amy Pabisiak and husband, Ryan, also of Quincy, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, all of Quincy; and many loving nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, Edgar, Thomas and Daniel Cline and one grandson, Dylan Pabisiak.
SERVICES: 5 p.m. Thursday prayer service at St. Peter Catholic Church conducted by Rev. Leo Enlow. Cremation rites have been accorded.
VISITATION: 3:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday in St. Peter Catholic Church.
MEMORIALS: American Heart Association or St. Peter Catholic Church.
