Charlotte Ann Kinepoway
April 4, 1934 - January 3, 2021

Charlotte Ann Kinepoway, age 86 of Keshena, passed away at her home surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, January 3, 2021. Charlotte was born on April 4, 1934 to the late Peter A. Sr. and Amanda (Long) Martin in Keshena. She graduated from Shawano High School and attended Antigo Technical School. On September 18, 1953, Charlotte was united in marriage to Donald Kinepoway, Sr., he preceded her in death on December 30, 2002. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Keshena. Charlotte worked for many years at the Tribal Clinic and lived in Keshena her entire life. Whenever she had the chance Charlotte enjoyed walking. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Charlotte will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Charlotte is survived by her children, Donna Kinepoway, Keith (Debbie) Kinepoway Sr., Dawn Wilber, Donald (Stacey) Kinepoway Jr., Caryn Kinepoway, and Michele (Jimmy) Barnes; 19 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild on the way; and a brother Peter (Lynnette) Martin Jr. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald J. Kinepoway Sr.; a son, Daryl Kinepoway; a granddaughter, Rachenda Rockman; a grandson, Keith Kinepoway Jr.; her parents, Peter Sr. and Amanda Martin; a brother, Elmer John Wilber; and sons-in-law, Elmer Wilber, Harvey Shawanokasic, and Jeffrey Rockman.

A funeral service for Charlotte will be held at 1:30 pm on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with Deacon Todd Raether officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 am until the time of service. Due to COVID-19 masks will be required.
