Frankfort - Mrs. Mary E. Fairbrother, of 1303 Brinckerhoff Ave., Utica, sister of George W. Entwistle, of this village, died yesterday in St. Elizabeth Hospital, Utica, after an illness of two years.
She was born in Utica, the daughter of Thomas and Margaret Beha Entwistle.
She attended local schools and was married to LeRoy Fairbrother on Oct. 10, 1923, in Utica. Mr. Fairbrother died in 1930.
Mrs. Fairbrother had been supervisor for many years at the Rome State School. She was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Church and its Rosary-Altar Society.
Besides her brother, she leaves a sister, Mrs. Gwilym (Gertrude) Rowlands, of Utica.
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Herkimer Evening Telegram, Friday, Feb. 6, 1970
