Annie R. Black-Caesar was born January 13, 1928 in Smithville, Texas to Judge Stoglin, Sr. and Sallie White. Her husbands Mendell L. Black, Harold Caesar, seven brothers and six sisters preceded her in death.

The baby of fourteen, she was the last surviving sibling.

Annie, affectionately known as "Auntie" to most, joined First Baptist Church at an early age. She served on the usher board, in the choir, mission and many other ministries, most recently serving as the hospitality chair person for the Crusaders for Jesus.

Annie leaves to cherish her memory and loving legacy one daughter, Linda Benjamin-Hennessee (Vince), granddaughter, Sonya Tolliver and great grandson, Darius Watts, all of Dallas, Texas and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and adopted sons and daughters.
