He was born in Kitchener and lived all his life in Preston, employed with the Tessman Service Station, member of St. Clemnet's Church; also survived by his grandfather, Nicholas McDermott of Guelph; grandmother Mrs. B. Mayne of Elmira. Friends may call at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, corner Queen and Argyle Streets, Preston Cambridge, after 7 p.m., Saturday. The funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Clement's Church, Monday, at 10 a.m.
