Richard "Rick" Armstrong, passed away suddenly on Jan. 13, 2021. Rick was born on June 13, 1948, to Floyd and Molly Armstrong in Pueblo, Colo. He met the love of his life, Jackie, at age 15 and they have been together ever since. Rick graduated from South High School in 1966. He served in the Army and did a tour in Vietnam. He was awarded the Bronze Star and the Army Accommodation for Valor. Rick had a long career at the CF&I Steel Mill, where he made lifelong friends. You could always find him on the golf course. He loved golfing with his brother, Dale. If he wasn't golfing, he was either with his wife, grandkids, or taking a trip to his favorite place, Las Vegas. Rick was an incredible husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need. He touched many lives and will be deeply missed by all! Rick was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Molly Armstrong; daughter, Nicole Marie; granddaughter, Melody Nicole Wyatt; sisters, Shirley Esquibel and Helen Kenyon; and father-in-law, John Ro-tolo. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Jackie (Rotolo) Armstrong; daughters, Tracy (Troy) Vujcich and Tisha Wyatt; brothers, Dale (Debby) Arm-strong and Larry (Eliz-abeth) Armstrong; sis-ter, Carol Peterson of Utah; mother-in-law, Marie Rotolo; the "apples of his eyes", his grandkids, Tyler, Tory, Talli, Clay, Colby and Macey; numerous special nieces, nephews, other friends and relatives who will miss him dearly. We would like to thank the incredible staff at Parkview ICU for taking such amazing care of him and a very special thank you to his nurse, "our angel", Amanda Hanson. At Rick's request, there will be no services. Online condolences at www.angeluspueblo.com.
