Phinis Barnes, aged 14 years, was buried in the Sycamore Cemetery on the 10th inst. His parents live two miles east of White-hair ford. It appears about ten days ago he was playing with some other children under a winding stairway, raising up suddenly his head struck a sharp corner, crushing his skull, over his left eye. This caused his death.
