Henry FitzRoy (1103 – 1158) was the illegitimate son of Henry I of England and Nest ferch Rhys, of Dynefwr Castle, Carmarthenshire, the daughter of Prince Rhys ap Tewdwr of Deheubarth and his wife, Gwladys ferch Rhywallon. He was killed in battle in 1158.

Henry FitzRoy is the father of Meiler FitzHenry, Justiciar Ireland (1140-1220); Robert FitzHenry (1120-1180); Elizabeth FitzHenry (1101-?) and Amabilis FitzHenry (1140-1185).
