Emil C. Johnson, 52, E2217 Diamond, a machinist at the Great Northern shops, fell dead Monday night after he had come home from his work at Hillyard.

Death is believed to have been due to a heart attack. The body was sent to the Smith Funeral Home.

Mr. Johnson is survived by his widow, Ebba Johnson; a daughter, Mrs. Jeanette Hollingbery of Corvallis, Oregon, and a son, Robert, in the Marines. Surviving sisters here are Mrs. Mae Antoniello and Mrs. Eleanor Slayter. His mother, Mrs. A. Johnson, resides at Selah, as does a third sister, Mrs. Mildred Larson.

Mr. Johnson was affiliated with the First Covenant Church.

Funeral Thursday, November 15, at 1 p.m. from the Smith Funeral Home, W1124 Riverside Avenue, Rev. A. Eldon Palmquist officiating. Interment Riverside Park.
