Henry Jordan, Jr., 90, went home to be with the Lord on January 24, 2021. Henry was born in Clarksdale, MS and became a life-long resident of the Akron in the early 1950's. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Gwendolyn Jordan, and daughter Barbara Vardiman. He leaves to cherish his memory: son, Henry W. Jordan; daughter, Gloria D. Jordan; granddaughter, Melissa F. Edwards; great-granddaughter, Liliana F. Ogunyemi. Homegoing Service will be held Tuesday February 9, 2021 at 12:00 p.m., at Rhoden Memorial Home, 1101 Palmetto Ave., Akron, OH; Elder Robert E. DeJournett, eulogizing , officiant Minister Kevin L.
