Born in Missouri, raised in FiFi Baptist orphanage. Moved to Turlock, Ca., with his adopted mother Lucille Speigle around the age of 18. Met Mary Gorman before he left for World War ll and told her when he got home he wanted to marry her. And that is just what he did.
He raised 5 children, three girls and two boys.
He was honest, truthful, loving and hard working. And taught his family to be likewise. I miss Daddy very much
and wish he could have pursued his dream to travel and fish before he had got so sick. I am sure he is in heaven doing just that. We all love you Dad, and Sassy misses you so much. Love, Merrilee
