She married Henry Bush, merchant and mariner of Greenwich, Connecticut and Manhattan, on 27 April 1738 in Saint John Parish, Antigua.
The couple removed to Greenwich.
On 26 August 1748, Henry Bush and his wife Anne sold property in Greenwich.
Mrs. Anne (Duncombe) Bush died at an unknown date after 27 December 1750. She was not mentioned on 15 April 1755 when her husband sold their homelot and purchased a new home in Greenwich.
Henry Bush (b. 1706) of Greenwich and his wife Anne Duncombe have no linked descendants. There was possibly a married daughter (name unknown) who inherited the property that Henry Bush purchased in Greenwich on 15 April 1755 as no deed of sale has been discovered with Bush as grantor. Daniel M. Mead referred to "descendants, many of them" of Henry Bush (b. 1706) living in Greenwich during Mead's lifetime (A history of the town of Greenwich, Fairfield County, Conn., pp. 306-307; 1857).
