Miss Harriet Kline, of Delta, Colorda, suffered a stroke of apoplexy and died Tuesday, April 12, 1927, at the home of her dear friends, Mr. and Mrs. A.M. Bryant, which whom she has made her home for almost twelve years, and to whom she has been like a mother. Miss Kline was a daughter of the late David and Matilda Kline, and was born in Beaver Township, Clarion County, Pa., near Wentling Corners, on April 18, 1867, and was hence 60 years and 4 days old at her death. She was a devout and faithful Christian. At the age of fifteen years she united with the Mt. Joy Methodist Episcopal Church, in the vicinity, and was organist, leader of the choir and a Sunday School teacher and worker. She was a genial companionable, and above all a good woman, friendly to all whom she knew, and her demise is sincerely mourned by all who knew her. Funeral services were held April 14th, at 2 o'clock p.m. Rev. I.B. Morgan of the Methodist Church officiating, and interment was made in Garnet Mesa Cemetery. Miss Kline's Clarion County friends mourn for her departure.
