George H. Null, sixty-nine, 254 S. Eighth St., Columbia, died at 9:05 p.m. Friday in Columbia Hospital after an illness of several months. Born in Columbia, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George W. Null. Surviving are four children: Peter, with whom he resided; Charles, Lincoln Highway West; Bernice, wife of Lester Fritz, Columbia; and Mrs. Erma Montgomery, both of Columbia; and eight grandchildren. He was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Columbia, and was sexton of the church until his illness. (Intelligencer Journal - Dec 3, 1960)
