Does anyone known where Abraham and his wife Eliza are buried? Possibly in the same cemetery in Douglas County, Kansas where his parents are buried?

Abraham Rothrock Jr. was the seventh of ten known children of the Rev. Abraham Rothrock Sr. (1796-1870) and Mary Beshoar (Bashore?) (1810-1893), who married c1826 in presumably Pennsylvania. Abraham Sr. was first married to Hannah (last name unknown) (1802-1825), but had no known children with her. Abraham Sr. was quite famous in early Kansas life.

Abraham Sr. was a farmer and became a Minister in the Church of the Brethren, succeeding his father in the ministry and bishopric in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania. The family moved to Kansas, arriving on March 10, 1858 and settled just south of Lawrence, in a Brethren community. He had the distinction of being the first presiding elder of the Brethren Church in the State of Kansas. In 1863 he was shot three times at his home and left for dead by the Quantrill gang of desperadoes from Missouri, who also set fire to his house and barn. He recovered somewhat and lived until 1870, when he died of his wounds.

Abraham Jr. married Eliza Jane Breeze (1849-1885) in 1868 at Centropolis, Franklin County, Kansas. Abraham and Eliza were the parents of four known children, namely:

1. Isaac Rothrock (???-???)
2. Abraham b. Rothrock (1867-1950)
3. Nora Lillian Rothrock Branson Wooldridge (1872-1958)
4. Henry Ward Rothrock (1876-1946)

Abraham Jr. served in the Union Army from Kansas in 1864. In 1870 the parents, son Abraham, and two farm hands were living at Centropolis, Franklin County, Kansas. In 1875 the parents, and children: Abraham and Nora were living at Newark Township, Wilson County, Kansas. In 1880 the widow Eliza was living at Wilson County, Newark Township, Kansas with the last three children. All of the last three children were born in Kansas. Eliza filed for a Civil War widowers pension. I need to order Abraham's Civil War Pension file. He enlisted for 100 days on 28 July 1864 in the 17th Kansas Infantry. Some records show Abraham died in 1880 and some mistakenly show 1883.

Links to Abraham's parents, wife, three of his four known children and six of his nine known siblings are included below.
