Eugene A. Allard , 63, of 138 Fisher St., a plater for Englehardt Industries, Plainville, for more than 40 years, died Sunday at Sturdy Memorial Hospital after being stricken at home. He was the husband of Janet (Plouffe) Allard . Born in Attleboro, he was a son of the late Leo and Adrienne (Barrette) Allard . Mr. Allard served with the National Guard, 26th Yankee Division, Company I, from 1946 to 1956. Besides his wife he leaves three sons, Eugene H., David A., and Donald A. Allard ; two daughters, Linda M., and Debra A. Allard , all of Attleboro, and a sister, Beatrice St. Germaine of Worcester. The funeral will be held tomorrow at 8:15 a.m. from the Stephen H. Foley Funeral Home, 126 S. Main St., with a funeral Mass at 9 at Holy Ghost Church, Linden Street. Burial will be in St. Stephen's Cemetery. ~~~Published in the Providence Journal 3/20/1991~~~
