He played collegiately at Auburn University prior to being signed as a non-drafted player by the Miami Dolphins in 1994. He totaled 75 career regular season games and in 1996, he produced a career-high 3 interceptions for 82 yards with 1 touchdown. After his NFL career, he played for one season with the Birmingham Thunderbolts of the XFL (2001).
