Lonnie Bowling, age 58, of Lynch, KY, passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2021, at at his home. He worked as a coal miner for many years, and enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time .
Lonnie was born on June 29, 1962 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Seldon Bowling and the late Evelyn Johnson Kilburn. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by one brother: David Bowling.
He is survived by one daughter: Amanda Bowling (Jason) of Hazard, KY; one son: Lonnie Bowling Jr. (Shawna) of Cornettsville, KY; one sister: Teresa Howard of Cumberland, KY; three brothers: Ronald Bowling of Cumberland, KY, Gary Bowling (Justine) of Leatherwood, KY & Doug Bowling (Vanda) of Hyden, KY; two grandchildren: Ethan & Landon Welch; as well as a loving host of family & friends.
