She was born November 13, 1928 at Louisville, Kentucky to Edwin and Ellen (Elliott) Ragland. She always cherished her memories of friends and family at Bonnieville, Kentucky.
She had worked for several years at Indiana Mills near Westfield, IN, but most of all she enjoyed her role as a homemaker. Jerry, as she was fondly known, found great joy in seeing her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her beloved children were spread out from Arizona, Pennsylvania, Florida, North-Carolina, and one in local Cicero. Even though there was distance between her and them, she always found ways to show her love.
She is survived by a daughter: Cheryl Muir of North Carolina, sons: Edwin Neal of Arizona, Ronald Lee Neal of Florida, Martin Keith Neal of Pennsylvania, and Eugene Antle of Cicero, IN, step-son: David Adams of Walden, IN, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cloice Adams and a daughter: Melinda Kay Neal.
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 16, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Hartley Funeral Home Cicero Chapel, 209 West Jackson Street, Cicero, IN, 46034 with burial to follow at Crown View Cemetery near Sheridan, IN.
